At Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, we believe the Sunday School ministry is a vital part of our fellowship. It is uniquely equipped to cater to the individual needs of our congregation: assisting them in growth, building lasting friendships and supporting one another in prayer.
We have organized our Sunday School ministry with one primary objective. That objective is to glorify the Lord. We have identified 3 main purposes of the Sunday School and have learned that when these purposes are fulfilled the Lord is truly glorified. We want to reach others with the Gospel through the work of the Sunday School. Reaching out into the community at large and bring them to a vibrant relationship with the Lord Jesus. We desire to teach the men, women and children in our care the life changing principles of God’s Word. Our goal is to equip them through careful study and practical, real life application of the Bible. As we ‘do life together’ we seek to minister to one another, sharing one another’s burdens, encouraging one another, loving one another as Jesus has loved us. We are learning the powerful impact of developing a reaching, teaching and ministering Sunday School ministry. We invite you to join us on this journey of discovery.
